Introduction:

Unlike traditional nozzles that rely on high-speed pressure to shear fluids into small droplets, ultrasonic atomizing nozzles use vibrational energy to create a low-velocity mist. Ultrasonic nozzle is a type of spray nozzle, which uses high-frequency vibration generated by piezoelectric transducers to act on the nozzle head, thereby generating capillary waves in the liquid film. Once the amplitude of the capillary waves reaches a critical height (due to the power level provided by the generator), they become too high to support themselves, and tiny droplets fall off the tip of each wave, causing atomization.
