Workflow
Courier comes to the locker, and chooses Dropoff. He can login the software with his phone number or RFID card. These staff information is already edited and stored in the remote platform.
After login, courier chooses a door size to open the door, and scans the parcel carcode, inputs customer's phone number, then the door will open. Meanwhile, an SMS will be sent to the customer's phone. He/She can come to the locker and pick up his parcel anytime he wants.
After receiving the SMS, which includes the pickup pin code, the customer can go to the locker, choose pickup parcel, then input the code in the SMS, the door will open automatically after he/she inputs the code.
After the correct pickup pin code is input, the door will open, and customer can take his/her parcels, close the door and leave.
