U shape carrying U track roll forming machine is to prudece the U type suspended material to for the steel structure roofing.If ceiling participation needs big loading ability or a large area building of the ceiling, U shape keel as the carrying keel is necessary. The U shape carrying U track roll forming machine can be customized made aoccroding to speed, and whether the customer need the combined roll forming machine. Because the U track is used along with C stud and L wall protetor conrner bead, so the machine can be designed with one machine two molds, and one machine with two production lines.

The U track roll forming machine is composed by the following elements: Decoiler, leveling beach, main roll forming machine, shearing system, PLC control system, hydraulic station and run out table.
1.For the Decoiler, you can choose manual Decoiler, motor Decoiler and hydraulic Decoiler.
2.For the leveling beach, we use 7 rollers three up and four down.

Usage: In order to keep the product shape and precision, adopts welded sheet structure, motor reducer drive, gear transmission (the first and the last roller, the down roller should be attached with the upper one with the gear drive.), roller surfaces polishing, hard plating, heat treatment and galvanization treatment. The polished surface and the heat treatment towards the molds also can keep the molding plate surface smooth and not easy to be marked when it is being stamped.
