1. How to connect the external PC (Desktop or Laptop) to our LCD LED Touch screen all in one PC?
Answer: Use VGA or HDMI cable to connect your own PC to our touch screen all in one PC as the following picture

2. No signal on the touch screen output.
Answer: To check whether you have choose the right input or not, there are two HDMI Inputs, and you could use remote control or press the "TV/AV" key to select the right resource (HDMI1 or HDMI2), if you use VGA cable, please select PC as the input resource.

3. How to Calibrate the touch points and save the data.
Answer: As Windows 7 does not require a separate driver to actuate touch, you can skip the driver install step, and proceed directly to calibration and begin using your touchscreen. See Driver Options for optional Win7 driver.

Calibration: Windows 7 / Windows 8

Step 1. Open Control Panel
Step 2. Click Hardware and Sound. You should see Tablet PC Settings on a list of options.
Step 3. Click “Calibrate the screen for pen or touch input”
Step 4. Click“Calibrate...” Then reset Restore Defaults
Step 5. Calibration

Tap the crosshair each time it appears on-screen. Starts L to R, top to bottom. Initial calibration sets 16 points. Subsequent calibrations only require 4 points.
