ZLP630 ZLP800 suspended platform is idea equipment for building facade construction,
decoration, cleaning and maintenance. And it is also widely used in elevator installing,
ship building and repairing, or in other work such as big size tank, bridge, embankment
and chimney.

1). The roof top installation
There are two methods of roof top installation for building.
One method is suspension mechanism with counter weight. The suspension mechanism is galvanized
steel and counter weight can be cement.
Another type is to use parapet clamp. It can be customized as per the building wall. No need to use
counter weight if fixing parapet clamp.



2). The suspended working platform
The working platform is painting steel, with different color as per customer's requirements.
The standard working platform is 6m and 7.5m,it is modular system as 1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m
and 3m.
Some customers need it only 2 meters or 3 meters long with wire winder.So we can make it as
per different requirements

Safety lock or blockstop of suspended platform
Anti-tilting safety lock: The safety lock will automatically lock the wire rope in the condition of the breaking of the suspension rope or the tilting of platforms within 3 to 8 degree.
Centrifugal safety lock: It can be used in single suspended platform or L type stirrup.


Electric control system of suspended platform
Brand of electric components: CHNT, Schneider;
Electric leakage protection;
Relay protection;
3 Phase and single phase.


Delivery of suspended platform by container

20ft container: 10 sets for ZLP800 and 15 sets for ZLP630.
LCL: Steel or plywood pallet, carton box.
