HYYA Type Circular Vibrating Screen
ⅠUsage and Application
This vibrating screen moves round with multi-layers and high
efficiency. It can screen the materials into multiple level
products according to the different material size. It is widely
used for grading and screening in the industry of mining, building
materials, transportation, energy, and chemical industry,etc.

ⅡWorking Principle
The motor drives the vibrator via v-belt, which makes the screen do
a cyclical reciprocating in the direction of vibrator. The
materials are sieved by making rouynd movement in the screen.
In order to meet different industries demands, the screen net can
be equipped with metal wire weave net, bar type rods,
casting,punching type etc.

Ⅳ Structure features
1 it is mainly composed by screening box, screening net, vibrator, anti-vibrating spring and base. The vibrator is set on the side board of the vibrating box. It is motivated to whirl by the electric motor’s driving for the coupling, in which process centrifugal inertia force is made to force the screen to vibrate.
2 the main fragile part is the screen net. For different materials and customers’ demands, high manganese textile screen net, punched screen plate and rubber screen plate are all alternative. There are two kinds of screen plate, monolayer and double layer, both of them can meet your requirements of high screening efficiency, long working life, and so on.
3 its installing type is seat type, the inclining angle of the screen surface can be modified by the change of the spring support’s height.
4 the electric motor can be set on the left or right side of the screening frame. If there is no special demand, it will be set on the right side of the material’s moving direction to supply.
