1. Product Description
DY mobile belt conveyor is a kind of continuous mechanical handing equipment with high efficiency, good safety and good mobility. Mainly used for short-distance transport, handing of bulk material and the product one-piece weight less 100kg on loading and unloading stations which are often changed, such as the port, terminal, station, coal yard, warehouse, building site, sand quarry, farm and so on. It can be divided into lift and not lift type, the running of belt is driven by electric-roller, and the whole lifting and running are non-motorized.
DY mobile belt conveyor used for bulk material and product’s short-distance transport and loading work. It adopts the tubular structure, lightness and good mobility. The rotation device is electric-roller, and equipped with two wheels, pneumatic tires and steel-wheel. The machine body length more than 10 meters and the angle can be adjusted.

2. Product Features
The belt conveyer can be widely applied to the bulk material and packaged items in departments like coal, metallurgy, chemical engineering, hydroelectricity, traffic, building material and so on. Its performance and main technical parameters are equal to Germany Flender and Thyssen company's products.It can be used for not only horizontal conveying, but also inclining conveying in which there is inclination and uneven segment. With simple structure, high precision and long lifetime, it is used conveniently and universally.
Note:The conveying amount in the table is formulated on the condition that the material’s specific weight r=1 t/m3 , the conveyer’s inclining angle is 0~7°, and the angle of repose is 30°
