Model HY serial vacuum feeder is third-generation new-type vacuum feeder recently developed. The vacuum feeding machine adopts single air as the power source and belongs to the intrinsically safe and explosion-proof type equipment. It can be used in high explosion-proof requirements to deliver inflammable and explosive materials.Vacuum feeder by a vacuum pump (without oil and water), stainless steel suction nozzle, hose, PE filter (or 316 I stainless steel filter), compressed air blowback device, pneumatic feeding gate device, vacuum hopper and material level automatic control device and so on.The system design is reasonable, manufacture fine.Simple installation, maintenance convenience.Vacuum feeder points gap discharge and continuous discharge. Discharge gap can lower the cost of investment of equipment, convenient material level control.The continuous discharge is usually used for the vacuum conveying of materials during long distance and large output.

Used for powder, small grain and ball materials with diameter less than 5mm.

Used for materials feeding for various kinds of sealed containers and equipments such as two-dimension, three dimensions, and double-cone shaped etc.

Working principle

HY series vacuum feeder for powder granule is mainly consisted of swirl air pump, first stage air-solid separating chamber, compressed air jetting device, second stage air-solid separating chamber, quick-open clamp, soft tube, sucking nozzle, control cabinet and three-way valve.

In the operation, the swirl air pump generates strong air flow inside the sealed conveying system. The materials will be sucked into the soft tube via the sucking nozzle with the air and flow to the three-way valve which is connected to the sealed container. Most of the meterial is separated by the three-way valve and drops into the container and the air stream containing some material enters into the two stages air-solid separating chambers. After two-stage filtering, the clean air is exhausted to complete meterial feeding process.
