FC-ZMW-3 is one kind of reciprocating type egg tray machine. This
pulp molding machine's molding depth is very well. Can make egg
tray (30 cavities...)and egg box ( 6 cavities, 10 cavities, 12
cavities...).....
The capacity is 1000-1200 pcs/h.
The whole production line include : 1.pulp making system + 2.egg
tray molding system +3.egg tray drying system +4. egg tray packing
system
The raw material is general with paper, like old book, old
newspare, cardboard.... don't with many plastic.
The moulds are 3 pcs of molding moulds + 3 pcs of transfer moulds.
The machine to operate by cylinder(PLC control).
The drying energy, can use The coal, natural gas, diesel oil,etc.
According to the local cost.
We can make single layer or multi layer drying line according
buyer's workshop dimensions.
