Concrete Pipe making machine of Horizontal type use reinforced concrete technology is the later method to make pipes. This Machine uses the high Strength Roller to support the mould, all of our rollers are carbonized and high temperature heated, and made by the Cast Iron. The roller not only gives the roller force to the concrete in the mould, also produce the centrifugal force while rotating at high speed. 1 Short production Cycle: because of the good effect of the roller to compact the concrete, every pipe just need 1-10 minutes with high speed roller rotation.

2 This Pipe machine use the dry cast material, there will no waste cement mud, then it wont pollute the environment.

3 During the production, the noise is low, it is about 80-90 DB

4 The Concrete Pipes are with high pressure load and with high production efficiency.

Working Principle

This machine use the Roller to support the pipe mould, and produce the roller force to concrete in the mould. When the roller rotate at a high speed, the concrete in the mould will spread in the inner wall of the pipe mould and form a cement pipe with the centrifugal force, and when the mould with the inner concrete pass on the roller,the concrete between the mould and the roller will be compacted solid to form a pipe.

Maintenance of concrete pipes

Steam pool maintenance.

First ,build a evaporate pool, it will be 60cm longer than the pipe,so that its

convenient for person to enter the pool hoisting mold operation. The depth of the

pool generally 2.5M under the ground and 0.5M above the ground. The length of the

pool according to the number and size of the mold.

Process of Maintenance

Put the mold into the pool after completely molded. And start to air feed after the pipe mold has stays in the pool for about 30 minutes. It will reach 60℃ in 60 minutes.

and stay at 85℃ for 60 minutes. Then stop air feed. steam progress will finished

after 60 minutes. concrete pipes can be used directly after steam.

Natural curing don’t need to evaporate a pool, low maintenance cost. Don’t open the mold after complete the pipe making process. and put them in the air to natural curing. the mold could be open after 24 hours. after open the mold, the concrete pipe will be natural curing for about 5-6days. and need water spray to the cement pipe three times a day,usually once in the morning ,once in the noon, and once in the afternoon.By doing this to keeps the humidity of concrete, to make the concrete pipe solidified slowly, and increase the strength of the pipe. The times of water spray can also according to the weather and temperature. General natural curing could stop after 7 days. But there will be need more molds for natural maintenance.
