1.Sanitary edible tube ice: The tube ice is cutting flat and even,and it can be directly edible or used to freeze drinks in cafe,bar,and restaurant.
2.Tube ice size: The length of tube ice is 25~42mm,three kinds of external diameters for your choice: 22,28,35mm,and the outside diameters is usually about 5mm~10mm.
3.Perfect design and easy operation: The machine has compact structure,which takes less area,and once connected with water and power supply,it can be put into production.
4.Full automatically: The whole ice making process is automatically controlled by PLC controller,and the thickness,as well as the length of the ice tube is also controlled automatically.

- CBFI tube ice machine adopts oil balance equipment and oil reservoir. It is to keep enough oil to come back to compressor and lubricate it .Maybe it is small things, it is very important for compressor to run for long time.
- CBFI Evaporator adopts PU insulation that is formed with stainless steel cover together. It can improve refrigeration capacity and save power, and also the material can keep ice clean.
- Our machines’ cutting knifes are absolutly vertical and keep rotating at constant speech to make water frozen evenly.
- Our machines have the heat exchanger, which can lower the temperature of refrigerant going to the expansion valve and improve the gasification effect of refrigerant going back to the compressor, and thus it can improve the efficiency and ice production.
