20 ton block ice machine is always used to build a containerized block ice plant. The advantages are acceptable price, low power consumption and convenient to move.

3. Coil pipe evaporator is our invention patent, it has a better evaporating effect with longer lifespan.

4. High power water agitator is used to replace the common water pump. The block ice machine is energy saving. Ice making power consumption had declined from 110kW·h to 74kW·h/ton.

5. Agitator makes the brine flowing faster, so that shorten the ice frozen time and improve the refrigeration effect of the whole machine. And agitator is much harder to be broken than water pump.

6. Ice making tank adopts 80mm thickness polyurethane insulation material. It has good effect in heat insulation.

Brine system block ice machine structure and application

(1)Brine system block ice machine structure: refrigeration unit, brine tank (ice making tank), water cooling tower/ air cooling fan, and necessary components. We will prepare the three in unit, you just need to connect the power and water pipes for the three parts. Pleas see the picture in the attachment.

(2)Daily production: 1 ton per day to 100 tons per day. And if the capacity is more than 20 tons per day, it cannot ship the whole machine in container. So we do the local installation and construction in your place.

(3)Weight of block ice: 2.5kg,5kg, 10kg, 20kg…100kg, also can be done as your requirement.

(4)Application: the block ice is use to reduce temperature, especially in Africa country where the power is not stable and the climate temperature is high. When the power is off, people use the block ice to cooling the drinking and beverage. And block ice is also used to keep fish fresh or crushed into small pieces to fresh vegetable and fruit.

Chooing steady quality supplier. After purchasing raw material, duing testing if it is proved well, then we will arrange these eligible matrial that come into warehouse.

When the machine finish fixing and come into testing working conditon. Every worker will be responsible for their equipment. They will give out fact testing date and results.After proving testing date is accord with delivery standard. Then CBFI Quality Management Department will allow these equipment that go to packing department and waiting for cleaning and packing.

Before delivery, CBFI Quality Management Department should check all mark and packing conditon. If it is prove it is accord with exporting standard and customer's requirement. Then they will allow these equipment come into fininshed product area.
