3732 480g/m2 Reflective Aluminium Foil Fibreglass Fabric For Heat

UPEAL-8732 consists of a woven fiberglass fabric 3732(430g/m2) that has been
laminated with a layer of aluminium foil by a special adhersive.
The total mass per unit area is 480g/m2. Thickness is 0.43mm.
This base fabric 3732 performs well under temperatures ranging from
-100° F to 1022° F. And the aluminiul foil should be used below
1220°F/660℃. However, it does need time for aluminium foil to
absorb enough heat to melt, so in fact it can withstand short
exposure to higher temperature. The adhersive will melt above 300℃.
The foiled fiberglass cloth offers superior performance in a wide
range of temperatures because of its high quality raw materials and
advanced production techniques. It keeps wonderful flexibility
without delamination phenomenon at temperatures between -40℃ and
550℃. Tested according to ASTM E96 standard, the material offers
water vapor transmission rate up to 5.75 ng/N.s, ensuring its high
water vapor resistance.
It is mainly used as the thermal insulating materials for steam
heating pipelines, sound insulation materials in construction and
protective layer of super glass wool with excellent functions of
fire -resistant, corrosion resistant, heat isolation and sound
absorbability. It can also be used as packing materials for the
export equipment with the functions of waterproof, mildew proof,
fire - existence.
