6oz surfboard fiber glass cloth is always used for boat and yacht building and repairs. It is woven from e-glass 9u fiberglass yarns in plain weave. This weave delivers well-distributed strength in two directions, also based on experience plain weave cost less resins to wet out. However, twill weave makes the surface of surfboard a special effect so it is popular used too.

Fiberglass cloth is reusable, tear resistant and fire resistant which is suitable for engineering usages. But 4oz, 6oz and 8oz e-glass fiberglass fabric is especially used for surfboard or boat. And standard widths we always produce are 80cm, 100cm and 110cm.

Except for boat building, 6oz fiberglass cloth also can be used for thermal insulation, septic tank/swimming pool/bath tub production, electrical insulation laminating. But main application is still for sport products and boat.
