Red Silicone Coated Silica Fabric 800℃ 0.7mm Fiberglass Insulation Materials


600g/m2 high silica fabric in woven in satin (cross twill, break twill) weave type. This cloth is made of fiberglass fabric and it is treated by acid and calcination. After the post treatment, its SiO2 content turns into 96%. What's more, calcination makes the fabric with higher melting point. Coating is 75g/m2 red silicone on two sides. Total weight is 750g/m2.


High silica fabric is able to be used from -50 to 800℃ continuously. Silicone coating can withstand 260℃ heat. Silicone coated high silica fabric has features like chemical agents resistant, abrasion resistant, anti aging, UV. This fabric is widely used in industrial fields for thermal insulation, welding protection.
