Nylon printing mesh is a chemical fiber woven net made of chemical
fiber. It is resistant to high temperature and alkali, and
polyethylene is resistant to acid. Efficacy, nylon mesh fabric is
the general name of these chemical fiber woven mesh. There are two
kinds of materials in screen printing: polyester screen printing
mesh and nylon printing mesh. The most widely used is polyester
printing mesh, but nylon printing mesh are also used, especially in
ceramic printing and glass printing, and in the absence of Regular
printing or printing on three-dimensional objects (such as bottles)
that may require such characteristics.
Screen printing process is not complicated, but every step must be

Polyester printing fabric have many excellent properties such as
solvent resistance, high temperature resistance, water resistance,
and chemical resistance. When subjected to external pressure, the
physical properties of the polyester printing mesh are stable and
the tensile properties are low. However, the abrasion resistance of
the nylon printing screen mesh is higher than the polyester mesh.
Polyester printing cloth has small deformation and strong
dimensional stability, and is very suitable for printing
high-precision products such as printed circuit board PCB, touch
screens, etc. The elasticity of the nylon printing mesh is large,
the tension cannot be maintained for a long time, and for a long
time, the net stretch rate of the nylon net fabric will be reduced,
resulting in slackness of the printing mesh and lowering the
precision of printing.
Screen printing is a wet process and moisture absorption is an
important consideration. For example, nylon absorbs up to 5%, loses
10-20% of strength when wet, prolongs 26-40% before breaking, and
polyester extends 19-23%.
High quality monofilament polyester mesh is the most suitable
printing mesh. It has excellent elongation and strength
characteristics and is sleek. It has no strength loss when wet, in
fact, it absorbs less than 0.8% moisture.
