Structural composition of ultrasonic cooling system cleaning machine

Gas phase cooling ultrasonic cleaning machine is composed of ultrasonic system, electrical system, refrigeration system, circulating filter system, automatic heating and constant temperature system, etc.

1. Ultrasonic system

Ultrasonic system generally uses 28KHz ultrasonic to clean, bottom ultrasonic layout (sweep frequency circuit, power is continuously adjustable and displayed, can be controlled separately, and there is current indicator), the actual cleaning power needs to be based on the size and quantity of the cleaned workpiece Decided.

2. Electrical system

Using PLC human interface touch technology, independent circuits at all levels, can individually control the parameters of each slot.

3. Freezing system

This type of machine mostly uses a secondary refrigeration system at the upper end of the cleaning tank, and the first floor is a refrigeration area, which is connected to the refrigeration system. The other layer is the cold water freezing zone, which is connected to cold water freezing. Equipped with one chiller and one chiller, and the multi-stage working tanks share one set of refrigeration system.

4. Circulating filtration system

It is composed of stainless steel filter pump, overflow circulation device, liquid storage tank, etc. The stainless steel filter pump adopts the brand "Nanfang" brand pump, and the liquid storage tank is welded by SUS304 stainless steel.

5. Automatic heating and constant temperature system

The cleaning tank adopts a wall-type heating method, and the heating power needs to be determined according to the size of the tank and the organic solvent used; and is equipped with an "Omron" thermostat, which can control the temperature at any time.
