2. Description:
FM-270 is an internal mixer with shearing type rotors. It is
suitable for mastering mixing, plasticization mixing and final
mixing compound such as: resin, rubber, plastics, hard rubber
products, sealing parts, molded goods and PVC crude material as
well as various materials for plastics goods.

Temperature measurement
- The measuring value of compounds in mixer can be shown and printed with accurate and reliable results through the wear-resistance thermocouple probes mounted on the top of discharge door.
- 14 points for temperature cycle check: 4 points for mixer bearings, 2 points for gearbox bearings, 1 point for lubricating oil of gearbox, 1 point for hydraulic oil.2 points for main motor bearings and 4 points for wearing plates;

Internal mixer with intermeshing rotor can be used for
plasticizing, mixing and final mixing resin, rubber, plastic and
other materials for hard rubber products, seals, moulds, PVC as
well as material for various plastic products. It is especially
suitable for mixing mixture of rubber and plastics, rubber
compounds and short fiberfill, and for plasticizing, mixing and
final mixing hot sensitive rubber components.
9. commercial terms
1. Payment: 30% by T/T as advance payment, balance(70%) by T/T
before shipment
2. Lead Time: 60 days after receiving the advance payment
3. Transportation: container, simple package ( PE film, salver)
4.Warranty period: From the day of the use of the machine in the
buyer’s factory:
(1) The mechanical Parts: 12 months
(2) The electrical Parts: 6 months
5. Installations and Commissioning
(1) Commissioning will have been made before shipment
(2) Overseas Commissioning and charges
one or two technicians will be sent to the buyer to guide the
installation and commissioning of the equipment if the customer
requests.
