Tankii thermocouple can have a miniature k-type connector (as per your request) that will work with digital K-type thermometers of many manufacturers.
Tankii k type thermocouple can be made from very thin k-type sensor wire, the thermocouple wire diameter is approximately AWG 29 (0.011 inch or 0.28 mm), this will give you very quick temperature readings.
This kind of probe can used to measure air or gas temperatures, it can be attached to pipes or embedded into objects you want to measure. It also can be used in non-corrosive liquids, such as water that does not have much salt or acid in it.
The conditions of measurement determine the type of tankii thermocouple wire and insulation to be used.
Temperature range, environment, insulation requirements, response, and service life should be considered.
