2. The device structure and character

● Hydraulic shearing machine blade part: with indicator to display cutting-edge gap adjustable value, the adjustment is simple and quick; logical display the shearing numbers.

● Workbench part: works pace install fence type safety protection device.

● Front bracket and back gauge: the front bracket placed on the workbench, indicate value by staff gauge, in order to reach the required stock value by adjust active stop dog, let cut thin plate is easy when use front bracket; the back gauge installed on up blade adapter, and it done lifting swing movement by up blade adapter, to adjust back gauge by driven motor, transmission by ball screw and straight guider after speed down by gearing, and it can manual micro-metric.
