Mateirial is 45# seamless pipe or alloy steel welding, stress, tempeping, quenching heat treatment etc. Intermediate is reasonable installed channel or jacket, temperature difference on roller surface is less than +1 degree. Concentrity is less than 0.02mm. The roller surface can be made into various dermatoglyphic pattern, high degree of simulation. It is widly used for embossing processing of PVC, PE, PP, ABS, etc.
