1. Machine general introduction
ST-FC6040 500W fiber laser cutting machine designed with Europe
safety standard, small cutting size, save operation space.
1.1. The whole cast aluminum Gantry advanced structure, processing
workpiece fixed plane and the laser head moving cutting machine,
The machine precision transmission parts are not in the cutting
area, easily protection, nor due to the table and bed cutting
thermal deformation influence the machine precision.
1.2. Machine with double-drive with high precision YASKAWA servo motors to avoid the twisting of the cross beam, which makes the machine running stably, and the cutting precision is improved.
1.3. We adopt the Swiss brand Raytool fiber laser cutting head which make the laser cutting with high precision and more stable performance, no maintenance.
2. Machine main features:
2.1. The machine uses Imported YYC precision gear rack
transmission, the maximum positioning speed of up to 60 m / min,
high processing efficiency, machine baed with the moving beam as a
whole welded structure, roughing after annealing, and then the
vibration aging treatment, can completely eliminate the stress of
welding and machining, good rigidity, high accuracy can be
maintained for a long time does not deform.
2.2. X, Y, Z axis are imported from Japan YASKAWA servo motors,
high-precision, high- speed, high-torque, high inertia, stable
performance and durable. Ensure the machine's high speed and
acceleration, machine adopt the centralized lubricating device is
used to lubricate the transmission parts automatically by the
system control, which ensures the accuracy and the service life of
the transmission parts
2.3. Adopt the imported cutting head, replace the focus lens is
more convenient, effectively avoid the operator to replace the
cutting head or lens caused by time wasting.
2.4. Automatic follow, realize the light path of the entire
processing range of the same spot size, the constant focus, to
ensure the quality of cutting.
2.5. This machine's cutting size can be customized depend on customer's requirements.
