Please note: Organza is a translucent material and therefore the colour will be lighter when out of the pack. You can see this from the open 'lilac purple' colour and the one in the pack. Selection of the 'Random' option will be exactly that - random. We will be unable to take extra requests of colour mixing and what is actually ordered is what you will receive.

Answer: Production time depends on the product you order. Raw material products need about 1-2 weeks, finished products need about 4-6weeks. Other advertising specialty color items can take 4 to 8 weeks. If you have a specific date when you require your shipment, let us know in advance. We will make every effort to ensure your items arrive on time.
Question: How about the sample charges and express charges and lead time?
Answer: Meisong factory will offer the sample by free charge if we have the raw material or products in stock, but the express fee will be bear by our clients. If clients have special item and color to do, you will be charged the sample fee according to your products request.
Question: Can I use copyrighted material?
Answer: Customers are totally responsible for obtaining rights to use any logo, trademark, service mark, artwork, name, photograph, statement, illustration or any other intellectual property on the products purchased by the customer. Meisong shall not be held liable for the unauthorized use of any art, logo, trademark or copyright printed on any item ordered by the customer. The customer agrees to hold Meisong harmless from any claims, suits or actions alleging that the products purchased by the customer violates or infringes on any rights of any third party. The customer further agrees to defend and indemnify Meisong from any such claims, suits or actions.
Question: In what form should I send artwork to you?
Answer: Artwork sent on disk or via e-mail is preferred. E-mailed artwork must include a customer name, account or order number (for existing customers) on the SUBJECT LINE. Disks must be labeled with the customer name, account or order number. Floppy, Zip or CDs are acceptable. NOTE: We cannot access artwork sent in any program format other than the ones listed below. If your artwork is too large to submit via e-mail, please contact us at 86-0769-87713777 and we will give you a special online site to upload your artwork.
