● Product Introduce
CNC spring forming machine is to produce kinds of springs expertly
with high precision and fast speed. Adopts Japanese Sanyo Denki
servo motor and screen display with Taiwan controller. It can
produce kinds of compression spring, torsion spring, tension spring
,abnormal spring and other wire forms. Can be extended to 4 axis
with spinner upon request.
● Machine Feature
- Equipped with the computer-controlled system imported from Taiwan and servo motor imported from Japan .
- It has four axes, three of them are interconnected and the rest of them are an assistant axis. It can have eight work positions working continuously
- A precious inspection tracer device is installed; it will stop working automatically when the unqualified product is found .
- The parameters such as major diameter and angle can be modified at any time according to the working status displayed on the fluorescence screen .
- It is suitable for producing double torsion spring, straight spring, pagoda-shaped compression spring, rectangle spring, swirl spring and other different spring and special-shaped spring etc .
