Product Description:

The MTA series is produced by the change of the torque of the magnetic field,
which is produced by the change of the torque, which has no mechanical friction,

effectively.

The freedom of the adjustment of the tension, can be adapted to the side of the
skeleton of the winding and sharp changes in the speed of the winding around the wire,

the detection device is informed by the disconnection detection device of the equipment,
and the winding machine automatically stops. This series of tension device is an upgraded
version of mechanical series, the use of double break alarm mechanism, the internal
increase of the photoelectric detection of broken wire alarm,
and the use of indicator light shows that the overall structure is more scientific and firm.


Tensioner test conditions :
Wire speed is 15M/S, instant start, stop the continuous line, stable tension in the positive
and negative ± 1%g.
