RS3-PN is manufactured without a guide ring for tongue and groove,
or recessed flange applications such as male and female. It is
typically used in heat exchanger applications and applied as an
upgrade to double jacketed gaskets. It is highly suggested to have
the nubbin(if present ) machined out as a best practice.
Where pass partitions are required, they are also kammprofiled and
laminated. They are the same thickness as the ring, and securely
held in place with welds

shipping? Say 5' lengths for example.?
A:Yes, we are able to cut down to other sizes. UPS Ground is able to
ship up to 7' without the tubing being considered "oversized".We do
charge a cutting fee for this service, however. Please contact us

A: One 20' Stick of 4" Sanitary Tubing weighs approximately 75 pounds.
