Detailed informations:
1. A/C hose is applied widely to convey refrigerant such as R12,
R22, R502 and R134a, these are auto refrigeration,
air-conditioning, industrial refrigerators etc; both the inner
rubber layer and outer layer are of high level oil resistance of
grade RMA-A antiseepage.
2. There are three layers for A/C hose:
Interior tube: Synthetic NBR (High nitrile-butadiene rubber)
Cover: NBR&PVC, Smooth, red color
Intermediate reinforced layer: Fiber spiral line braided
2. Capabilities: Corrosion resistance; Heat-proof aging; Anti-ozone
aging etc.
3. There are usually three colors for A/C hose: red, yellow, blue. These three colors hoses are always used together to convey the refrigerants.
4. The standard length for A/C hose is 100m per roll, other lengths such as 50m, 20m etc can be also produced here according to customers' concrete request.
5. There are three kinds of working pressure for A/C hose: 500psi, 600psi and 800psi. The pressure is very important to hose cost, the price will be higher with higher pressure.
6. Here is only one kind of inner diameter size, that is ID 5mm, the outer diameter sizes are 11m and 12mm.
7. There are some small holes on the cover to help to evacuate the gas which will protect the outer tube from bursting.
8. The regular package for refrigerant charging hose is transparent OPP films.
9. The regular shipment is by air, by sea and by express.
