Another accuracy is that the hose ID and OD reach up to 0.1mm, by using the infrared-ray controlled device on hose extruding machine. The top level crimping machines with brand of Finn-Power is introduced to factory, as well as very high speed frozen braiding machines. Production lines are composed of complex extruding, winding, filming coating techniques; materials are treated strictly in a method programmed automatically by computers. Besides, measurements, adjustment, verification are also controlled in the same system.

Already invested much in research, and laboratory equipment, Paishun uses vulcanization testing device, aging testing chest, tensile, pressure, abraision testing machines, to ensure the effective quality control, from raw materials, till the end product.
