Efficient shallow dissolved air flotation equipment for sewage

Main structure
Efficient shallow air flotation equipment combines functions of
coagulation, flotation, skimming, precipitation and scraping mud
together. The whole structure is compact, cylindrical with shallow
pool. The main body of the device is composed of the following five
parts: the tank body, rotary water- distributing bodies, dissolved
air releasing mechanism, a frame mechanism and water-collecting
mechanism etc. Water inlet, outlet and scum outlet are all
concentrated in the central region of the tank body, water
distributing bodies, water-collecting mechanism, the dissolved air
releasing mechanism are all connected with the frame and rotate
around the center of the tank . The device provides the complete
sets of equipments and control systems, by the combination of
centralized control and decentralized control, enables the device
to achieve the best operating status.
Application
1st, Solid-liquid separation equipment and technology is one of the
key items in the water supply process. As to the the removal of
tiny suspended solid,proportion of that is close to the water, air
flotation is one of the effective ways.The equipment is widely used
in water treatment engineerings.
2nd, The equipment can be used to remove the algae and descend the
turbid of city water supplied from lakes.
3rd, Applied to industrial wastewater treatment engineerings, such
as petrochemical. textile, printing and dyeing, electroplating,
tanning, food industries etc.
4th, applied to recycle useful substances in sewage, such as the
fiber recovery from paper, water industries.
The main operating principle
Air flotation separation technology refers to that the air and
water under the certain pressure conditions makes the air
dissolving to the water to the maximum, in saturated state, and
then releases the formed pressured dissolved air water through
decompression to produce lots of tiny bubbles and fully contacts
with suspended solid ,then the suspended flocs adhere to the
bubbles raising to the surface of the water companied with the
bubbles, then scums are formed and scraped, to realize the
purification of water.
