About Product:
UV Weathering Test Chamber can simulate the sun, rain spray and condensation resulting damage to testthe materials by exposure to sunlight with moisture and temperature.
This test machine can get the results of damage after several days or weeks which is equal to expose to outside for a few months. The damages include fading, discoloration, brightness down, powder, crack, blur,brittle,strength decreases and oxidation. It provides the reference with testing data for improvement of existing materials, or to assess the impact of changes in product durability and other aspects.

Methods for maintenance:
1, UV accelerated aging test equipment during operation, please
remember to be sure to keep plenty of water.
2, in the pilot phase should be to minimize the time to open the
door.
3, the working indoor sensing means, do not suffer from a strong
hitting.
4, after a long time to stop using, for re-use shall be carefully
examined water, power and the parts, and then determine the correct
boot device.
5, due to ultraviolet radiation on the staff (especially the eyes)
have a strong hazards, so the operator should minimize exposure to
ultraviolet light time (contact time should be less than 1min). The
proposed operating personnel equipped with anti-goggles and jacket.
6, the device in non-working condition, should keep it dry, the
water will run out after discharge, dry and studio housing.
7, after use, the plastic housing cover, to avoid dust intrusion.
If dust, it should be removed.

Experimental method
Method 1: 8 hours of ultraviolet light, a test temperature of 60
degrees, 4 hours condensation, the test temperature of 50 degrees
Method 2: 4 hours of ultraviolet light, a test temperature of 60
degrees, 4 hours condensation, the test temperature of 50 degrees
Method 3: 8 hours of ultraviolet light, a test temperature of 50
degrees, 4 hours condensation, the test temperature of 45 degrees
Method 4: four hours of ultraviolet light, the test temperature is
50 degrees, condensing 4 hours, the test temperature of 45 degrees
Method 5: 1000 hours of ultraviolet light, the test temperature of
60 degrees
Method 6: UV light 300 hours, the test temperature of 80 degrees
