ASTM High-precision electronic universal tensile strength testing

universal tensile strength testing machines is a kind of electric tensile tester which uses the motor to drive
ball screw to move fixture. Place the fixture with sample between
the upper and lower fixture, use a given speed to pull sample
upward by upper fixture. Load cell above upper fixture will sense
tensile strength, and convert the strength into voltage sign and
output to the display screen. And the strength value will be
displayed automatically.

Tensile testing machine and maintenance methods
1, machine part appearance often wipe clean.
2, galvanised parts wipe with oil to prevent rust should be bright.
3, power screw and screw some of the lubricants, please, to drive
retention and alert. (Oil-production butter mixed with a little
oil).
4, Panel (control box Panel) Please wipe with a dry cloth to
prevent water to avoid damage to IC electronic components.
5, the fixtures and fittings please properly reset and wipe the oil
to prevent rust.
6, commuters must turn off the power.
