The Plastic Dumbbell Sample Cutter is used to prepare sample blocks or splines on non-metallic raw materials. It can process dumbbell-shaped, rectangular, and circular splines, and can also process notches for impact splines. It can make irregular planes milled into slabs. Using CNC digital control technology, the program controller controls the three-axis linkage system, drives the XYZ axis motors and supplements the high-speed spindle motor to form a high-precision processing system, and realizes the processing of various graphic samples.
