Advantages of high-speed wire contour cutter
1. The new one has a fixed working table, which prevents the
product from moving slightly when the machine is started, and moves
the portal frame to cut the product, thus improving the cutting
accuracy
2. The cutting speed is increased by 10m/min, and the old model is
0-3m/min, so the new model has 3 times the efficiency of the old
model.
3. Cutting tolerance is controlled within ±0.3 to 0.5/-0. 3 to 0.5
mm, conventional products ±0.5 to 1/0.5 to 1 mm, greatly improved
accuracy.
4. The newly developed high-speed wire contour cutter adopts a
servo motor instead of the step motor of the old model, further
improving accuracy.
