Details of DZL boiler

1) Horizontal, 3 pass and large furnace
Ensure the sufficient combustion.
The large diameter boiler increase the heating surface to ensure the high thermal efficiency.

2) The spirally corrugated tube
Strength the heat transfer and improve the thermal efficiency .The smoke in the tube has the distribution effect,the dust not easy to deposit ,the tube can clean by itself.

3) Arched tube plate
Reduce the thermal stress of weld; improve the tube plate suppleness; simplify the structure and save the boiler room space.

4) High temperature resistance refractory brick
The furnace wall is poured by the heat resistance concrete and high temperature resistance refractory brick,decrease heat loss,increase the boiler thermal efficiency.

5) The economizer
Made of ND corrosion resistance steel,make full use of gas heat .reduce the exhaust temperature improve thermal efficiency.

6) Complete protection device
Deal with the situation of overpressure, over-temperature, water shortage and flameout.

Packing and delivery

1. Normally nude packaging for boiler body and wood box packaging for boiler auxiliaries.
2. Before delivery,we will check and test the boiler whole sets strickly to make sure our customers can get the boiler in good situation.

1. Strength calculation report with applied materials information;
2. 100%NDT(non-destructive inspection) report of steel plate, tube and welding rod;
3. 100% X-ray inspection report (welding seam): to ensure the quality of the entire boiler;
4. Hydraulic test report: ensure the standard working pressure and safety;
5. Third-party inspection report: Zhoukou Special Equipment Inspection & Technical Research.
