Auto parts stamping processing, heavy material rack, leveling feeder
The pneumatic disc brake device of the heavy material frame is composed of a brake urging device, a clamping device and a clamp. The brake priming device as a core component is composed of a cylinder block, a tappet, a return lever, a spring and an anchor rod. The cylinder body has a hollow structure with a diaphragm inside, and the tappet and the return lever are respectively located at the front end and the end of the cylinder block.
When the heavy-duty material frame brake actuating device is used in conjunction with the clamping device, the compressed air enters through the air port on the cylinder, and the compressed air causes the diaphragm to resist the force of the spring, forcing the return lever to retreat.
At this time, the spring-acting tappet moves backwards along with the backward movement of the diaphragm, so that the front end of the tappet leaves the clamping device that acts, and the clamp on the clamping device releases the clamping force.
Conversely, when the air pressure is released, the spring moves the return lever forward again, resisting the force of the spring on the tappet, so that the tappet pushes the clamping device again, causing the clamp to brake.
Therefore, in the normal state, the braking force generated by the force of the spring ensures the normal and stable operation of the brake.
Adjusting the forward movement of the tappet, the anchor rod can be moved back and forth via the rotating nut to adjust the elongation or compression of the spring to change the degree of movement of the return rod to push the tappet, thus adjusting the clamp on the clamping device The degree of clamping, that is, the amount of braking force.
The unique advantage of the heavy-duty material frame pneumatic disc brake system: the specially designed brake actuator replaces the cylinder in the traditional pneumatic disc brake.
When the external air supply of the heavy material rack fails, the clamping work can still be completed normally. It is not necessary to maintain the brakes in a good shape as in the conventional pneumatic disc brake device, so as to ensure the safety of the material rack, and the use is more reliable and reliable.
