Hardware terminal strip, automatic molding processing, NC feeder
SMD products usually consist of hardware terminals and plastic seats. At present, when processing SMD products, the hardware terminal strips need to be separated first, cut into strips and then placed in an injection mold.
Conventional injection molding is to manually put the strips of metal terminal strips cut into strips into the injection mold. After the injection molding is completed, remove them one by one.
Therefore, the current technology for producing SMD products not only has a slow production speed, low mold productivity, high labor intensity, high production cost, and the positional accuracy of the manually installed hardware terminal strip cannot be guaranteed, which affects the quality of the product.
In order to solve the problems of high finished products, low efficiency and unguaranteed quality in SMD manufacturing process, Ruihui designed a new NC feeder (pull type) for SMD injection molding equipment.
It can realize the automatic molding processing of SMD products, high efficiency, high speed, accurate positioning of SMD products, improve the quality of products, and greatly save the labor cost in the production process.
In actual use, the operator sets the working parameters of the pulling material through the display panel of the NC controller of the NC feeder. After the parameters are set, the terminal strip is taken out from the receiving rubber disc, passed through the photoelectric sensor, and then put into the injection molding. In the terminal guiding block of the mold, the terminal strip is manually aligned with the position in the mold cavity, and finally connected to the receiving rubber disc.
The injection mold molds the terminal strip of the next mold to realize the automatic processing and production of SMD products.
