Vertical material racks are the most widely used unwinding
equipment in the stamping industry due to their wide variety, heavy
bearing capacity and high degree of customization.
Although there are many kinds of vertical material racks, there are
light material racks, heavy material racks and double-head material racks. However, the
bearing principle is basically the same, and both of them adopt the
expansion and contraction type drum to carry the coil materials.
The motor realizes the unwinding, and the expansion and contraction
method has two types: the hand expansion mode and the oil pressure
expansion mode depending on the weight of the load material.
However, in many cases, the vertical material frame is used in the
process of unwinding the small material roll. If the hand is used
to expand and contract, it will inevitably increase the work
intensity of the staff and the work efficiency is low.
If the hydraulic expansion and contraction method is adopted, a
hydraulic station is required to increase the production cost.

Based on the traditional vertical material frame, Ruihui Machinery has specially developed and produced a new type of light screw
material frame, which uses transmission cone teeth, transmission
screw, rotary body, support rod, supporting material plate and worm

Expansion through the electric air shaft, fully automatic expansion
without the need to add hydraulic stations, rotating cylinders,
additional cost, economical, time-saving and labor-saving, small
footprint, light weight, simple installation, Easy to shift, easy
to operate and so on.
The new light screw material frame work mainly has two processes of
expansion and unwinding:
When the feeding is up and down, the rotating handle is rotated,
and the positioning pin slides to the rotating body to abut, so
that the rotating body is positioned in the circumferential
direction, and the driving cone teeth are separated from the
rotating body.
The light-type screw material frame motor is started to drive the
spindle to rotate, and the main shaft drives the transmission cone
to rotate. The transmission cone teeth drive the transmission screw
to rotate, so that the supporting material plate expands outward,
and the material coil is tightened.
When the coil is used, the rotating handle is rotated, and the
positioning pin slides away from the rotating body to separate the
rotating body from the positioning pin, and the driving cone teeth
re-engage with the rotating body.
The motor is started to drive the spindle to rotate, and the main
shaft drives the rotating body and the driving screw to rotate
integrally, thereby realizing automatic unwinding of the light
material coil.
