The stamping automation production line usually consists of four
processes: unwinding, leveling, feeding, and stamping. Each process
corresponds to a proprietary device, and the device that implements
the unwinding process is called a material rack.
It is used to carry the roll and unwind the subsequent leveler.
There are many types of material racks, and the only common
material racks that can be used for medium and heavy plate
materials are heavy material racks.
Heavy-duty material racks are affordable and easy to operate, but there is a problem when
using a standard material rack to unwind a wide slab roll.
That is, the stress of the coil material is large, and the
phenomenon of bulk material and loose coiling occurs during the
unwinding process due to its own stress, which not only affects the
normal unwinding feeding, but also easily causes personal safety
accidents.
For this reason, when used for unwinding of thick sheet rolls, the
heavy-duty material frame is equipped with a pneumatic pressing
arm, which can be matched with the expansion and contraction reel
of the heavy-duty material frame to ensure that the material frame
always keeps the material roll unrolled during unwinding. The
volume truly ensures the stability and safety of the unwinding.
The heavy material frame pneumatic pressing arm is composed of a
bracket, a pressing wheel, a transmission device, a cylinder and a
driving device, wherein the pressing wheel is arranged on the
pressing arm bracket and connected to the driving device.
The driving device is powered by a cylinder, and the cylinder is
connected by a transmission wheel through a transmission device.
The material frame transmission device comprises a rotating shaft,
a swinging arm and a connecting rod. The swinging arm and the
connecting rod are fixed on the rotating shaft, and one end of the
swinging arm away from the rotating shaft is connected with the
pressing wheel, and the piston rod of the cylinder is connected
with the connecting rod.
Two support shaft supports are arranged on the bracket, and two
ends of the rotating shaft are fixed on the two rotating shaft
supports, and the swing arm and the connecting rod are disposed
between the two rotating shaft supports.
When the piston rod of the cylinder moves up or down, the
connecting rod is pushed up or down. At this time, the rotating
shaft of the fixed connecting rod rotates left or right, and the
swing arm fixed on the rotating shaft swings accordingly, and the
pressing wheel is pressed tightly. Or loosen the expansion and
contraction of the material frame.
The heavy material frame press arm cylinder is connected with the
solenoid valve, and the control end of the solenoid valve is
connected to the control system for controlling the opening degree
of the solenoid valve. The signal input end of the control system
is respectively connected with the pressing button and the release
button of the electric control box of the material frame.
Pressing the compression button or the release button, the control
system receives a compression signal or a relaxation signal to
control the solenoid valve opening to move the piston rod of the
cylinder up or down.
The movement of the connecting rod is promoted, the pressing wheel
is pressed or the expansion and contraction of the material frame
is relaxed, and the operation of pressing and relaxing the pressing
wheel is simple and convenient.
The heavy-duty material frame pressing arm adopts the cylinder as
the device for driving the pressing wheel, and has the advantages
of no pollution, small resistance, moderate pressure, and simple
operation compared with the hydraulic pressure pressing method.
