Material Rack Leveling Feeder Machine for Automated Stamping Production Line
Heavy-duty material racks are advantageous because of their
affordable price, wide application range (all kinds of stamping
production lines and shearing lines can be used), and high degree
of customization (volume inner diameter, outer diameter, and coil
weight can be customized).
It has become the most used material discharging and unwinding
equipment in the stamping industry.
At present, most of the stamping owners can see the heavy-duty
material rack at the production site, but the heavy-duty material
rack recognized by the stamping owner is a single type.
That is to say, the motor drives the spindle through the reducer to
realize the unwinding, and the induction lever (large-scale
induction frame) has different induction control.
Heavy-duty material racks are divided into two types: powered
heavy-duty material racks and unpowered heavy-duty material racks.
The actual stamping owners recognize that they are powered
heavy-duty material racks.
Although the unpowered heavy-duty material frame is used less (mainly for stamping shelves, motors, and EI chips),
it is still an indispensable part of the heavy-duty material rack
category because it can greatly reduce the floor space of the
production line.
When the leveling machine feed stops, the rotation should also
stop, otherwise the coil material will be scattered due to release,
which will affect the subsequent feeding.
However, usually after the feeding of the leveling machine is
stopped, the trays will continue to rotate due to inertia, so the
unpowered heavy material frame must be equipped with a rack brake
device.
Since the feeding of the leveling machine is intermittent, that is,
the feeding machine does not feed when it stops, and the feeding is
performed after the bending is completed, the process is
alternately performed at a high frequency, so that the frame brake
device can also alternately perform high-speed braking. And loosen
the tray.
However, conventional unpowered heavy-duty material frame brakes
are unable to alternately perform high-speed braking and release of
the tray.
When the powerless heavy material frame is used, the upper brake
lever and the lower brake lever are driven to rotate along the
brake bracket by the cylinder telescopic. When the cylinder is
contracted, the upper friction plate and the lower friction plate
clamp the brake disk, so that the brake disk stops immediately.
Therefore, the tray is stopped from rotating, and the discharging
is stopped quickly.
When the cylinder is extended, the upper friction plate and the
lower friction plate loosen the brake disc of the material frame,
and the brake disc rotates under the driving of the rotating sleeve
of the tray, and the tray of the tray rotates freely with the
rotating sleeve of the tray. Achieve automatic unwinding.
The new unpowered heavy-duty material frame can realize the
functions of alternating high-speed braking and loosening of the
supporting tile, which fundamentally meets the needs of customers
for automatic stamping production.
