Description of the stainless steel wire mesh

Filter cloth is a woven wire mesh product known for its excellent durability. The filter cloth consists of a sturdy, heavy warp thread that is ideal for demanding screening and filtration applications. It is also the best choice for separating slurry and liquid materials. We offer a wide range of woven fabrics including Plain Dutch, Twilled Dutch and Reverse Plain Dutch.

Technical Description:

Standard width stainless steel wire mesh: 1 or 48 inches; stainless steel wire mesh with an additional roll width of 4 meters is also available.

Stainless steel wire mesh with standard roll length: 30 m or 100'.

Plain weave description:
Plain weave is a commonly used weaving method. The warp, the length of the wire mesh and the weft are determined, parallel to the width, intersecting each other, alternating one at the top and below, forming a 90° angle with each other.
The solid woven wire mesh can have a square or rectangular opening.

Plain weave mesh clothing is a basic component of filters, food colanders, chemicals, shielding, mosquito nets and other production.

Wire:
Stainless steel wire: Aisi 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 314, 410, 430.
Special steel: Cromax, Incoloy, alloy nickel-chromium alloy, inconel, Nikkor, Monel, titanium alloy, duplex steel.

Stainless steel mesh according to weaving classification:

1. plain weave

2. twill weave

3. stainless steel wire mesh, split plain weave. Twill weave, stainless steel wire mesh size 20 mesh - 630 mesh. Material: SUS304, 304l, SUS316, SUS316L, 31 0, 310S, SUS302, etc.
