The hot melt adhesive has good electrical conductivity and is
encapsulated with dual interface smart card.Excellent adhesion to
PVC, ABS, PC, FR-4 and other materials.
This product belongs to high molecular weight structure hot melt
adhesive tape.Super cohesive force ensures no structural fracture
in the thrust and bending test after bonding, and maintains
balanced bonding strength with chip and substrate.Complies with
ISO7816 standard for chip packaging fastness requirements.
