Standard light source colorviewer table is widely used in the printing industry to accurately measure

color difference of printing products. Because different light sources have differentradiant energy, the

object will show different colors when illuminated by different light sources.

In the color management of printing production, although the quality inspector has carefully checked

color difference of the goods, the results are not accurate because the environmental light source is not

standard or inconsistent with the light source used by the customers, the colors will show different light.

Some customers will complain or even return the goods because the color difference exceeds the standard

range, which seriously affects the goodwill of the company.

To effectively solve the above problem, the most useful way is to test the color of goods under the same light

source and controllable conditions. For example, artificial daylight D65 is often used as the standard light source

to evaluate the color of goods in the international standard.

Printing colorviewer table at the same time provides D65, D50, TL84, CWF and other light source options, also with

the function of detecting metamerism.

About the Operation:

1. Plug the power cable into the power socket at the top of colorviewer table. The other end of cable is

connected the mains power supply (note that the mains supply must match the input power indicated

by the colorviewer table).

2. Select a light source to power on , and the timer of the colorviewer table will start timing. To switch the

light source, first turn off the previous light source, then press the next light source power switch. To turn

on two or more light sources at the same time, just press two or more light source switches at the same time.

3. Put the samples in the middle of the table. When testing the colors of two or more samples, place them side

by side on the middle of colorviewer table. When testing, do not put irrelevant sundries on the table to avoid

affecting the color change.

4. After testing, turn off all the light source switches. Turn off the power during off hours, and unplug the power

plug when not in use for a long time.

5. Replace the new light lamp. There are two white cap screws in front of the transparent glass of the light box.

First unscrew these two screws, and then remove the translucent glass very gently. Remove the lamp tube

that needs to be replaced and install the new one. Be careful not to make a mistake about lamp position

when replacing.

Attentions:

1. The use of standard light source: after lighting the lamp for 30 minutes, color temperature, color index and

illumination will reach the best state; If not necessary, frequent power on/off and switching lights should

be avoided to perpetual lamp life.

2. Service life of light source lamp: after 2000-3000 hours of use, the color temperature, color rendering index

and illuminance of standard light source lamp will decline. It is recommended to replace it in time to avoid

affecting the color matching effect.

3. Cleaning and maintenance: before cleaning and maintenance, please unplug the power plug, cut off the

power, use regular detergent to wipe the equipment, and then dry it with a clean, soft cloth, never wash

it directly with water.

Notices:

1. Before use, it is necessary to check whether all voltages are consistent with the marks on the voltage label

of the machine.

2. Check whether the power cable and plug are damaged before use.

3. Do not twist or pull the power cable to avoid poor contact.

4. Turn off the power before unplugging. Do not unplug the power plug with

wet hands to avoid electric shock.

About Warranty:

1. The light source products sold by our company shall be guaranteed for one year from the

date when the products reach the customer company. If there is any product quality problem

within one year,we will repair or replace it.
