Gallium arsenide optical fiber temperature sensor is an optical
fiber temperature sensor made of gallium arsenide as a temperature
sensing substance. The crystal and quartz glass are encapsulated by
using the temperature-related characteristics of the optical band
gap change of gallium arsenide semiconductor material, which uses
light as the medium and quartz glass fiber as the conduction
medium. The sensor has no conductor structure, complete immunity to
electromagnetic interference, good repeatability, high precision,
fast response and long life. It can be used in areas with strict
requirements for life and anti-interference, such as RFI,
EMI,NMR,RF, microwave, ultra-high voltage equipment and other
environments.
The GaAS optical fiber temperature sensor is based on the optical
properties of GaAs semiconductor materials, and its core is the
principle that the absorption characteristics of GaAs crystals for
specific wavelengths of light change with temperature. When the
light source emits multi-wavelength light incident on the gallium
arsenide crystal, the crystal absorbs different wavelengths of
light at different temperatures, and the unabsorbed wavelengths of
light will be reflected back to the device. By analyzing the
reflection spectrum, the temperature parameters at the probe can be
calculated. This measurement method based on spectral absorption
changes avoids the need for field calibration and improves
versatility and accuracy.
