This standard replaces CB/T295-2000 marine mushroom-shaped
ventilators, which are suitable for the design, manufacture and
acceptance of ventilators installed on the open deck of marine
ships.

About the technical agreement of marine CB∕T 4444-2017 marine
mushroom ventilator-marine mushroom ventilator:
1. Marine ventilating tube-the surface of the marine fungus-shaped
ventilating tube should be flat and smooth, without sharp edges,
distortion, or skewing.
2. The diameter deviation of the air duct and the hood of the
marine ventilating tube is ±3mm, and the verticality deviation is
2/h1000 (h is the height of the ventilating tube body)
3. The welding surface of the fungus-shaped ventilating head for
ships shall be free of defects such as cracks, slag inclusions,
burn-through, and non-fusion.
4. The weathertight cover of the marine fungus-shaped vent should
be opened flexibly, and the movable part should be coated with
neutral lubricating grease.
5. The inner and outer surfaces of the steel parts of marine
mushroom-shaped vent caps should be derusted to Sa2 or St2
specified in GB/T8923, followed by two anti-rust primers.
About the test method of CB∕T 4444-2017 Marine Fungus
Ventilator-Marine Fungus Vent Cap:
1. Flushing experiment of marine fungus-shaped ventilating tube:
Use a nozzle with a diameter of not less than 12.5, a water
pressure of not less than 0.25Mpa, and a distance of no more than
1.5mm from the ventilating tube for flushing. The flushing time is
3min. The width of the indentation is not less than 0.5t (t is the
thickness of the air cylinder) ".
2. Imprinting experiment of marine mushroom-shaped ventilating
tube:
At the weathertight seal packing, apply white powder evenly, close
the weathertight cover, then open it, and check the width of the
indentation between the seal packing and the edge of the wind tube.
The result should meet the requirements of 4.7.
3. Appearance inspection of B-type external open-close
fungus-shaped ventilating tube for ship:
Visually inspect the appearance, and the result must meet the
standard.
4. Dimension inspection of marine fungus-shaped ventilating tube:
Check the diameter and vertical deviation of the air duct and hood
with a measuring tool, and the result should meet the requirements
of 4.3.

Test method for CB/T295-2000 marine marine mushroom ventilator-marine mushroom ventilating cap:
1. Flushing experiment of marine mushroom-shaped ventilator:
Use a nozzle with a diameter of not less than 12.5, the water
pressure is not less than 0.25Mpa, and then flush with the
ventilator not exceeding 1.5mm. The flushing time is 3min. The
result should be consistent with the "waterless beads in all parts,
the sealing packing is in contact with the air cylinder. The width
of the indentation is not less than 0.5t (t is the thickness of the
cylinder body).
2. Imprint experiment of marine mushroom-shaped ventilator:
At the weathertight sealing packing, evenly apply white powder,
close the weathertight cover, and then open it to check the width
of the indentation of the sealing packing in contact with the edge
of the air cylinder. The result should meet the requirements of
4.7.
3. Appearance inspection of marine mushroom ventilator:
The visual inspection was carried out by visual inspection, and the
results were to comply with the standards.
4. Dimensional inspection of marine mushroom ventilator:
The gauge is used to check the diameter of the air duct and the
hood, and the result should meet the requirements of 4.3.
