An industrial tablet computer is installed on the side of the fuselage, with a built-in industrial-grade camera, which is processed by CCD image software, directly exports data and images, and completes manual and automatic measurement of images, which is convenient and quick

The fuselage is made of high-quality cast iron for one-time casting, combined with the car paint treatment process, the shape is round and beautiful;

Equipped with automatic turret function, automatic switching between indenter and lens, more convenient to use;

Built-in hardness conversion scale, which can automatically convert the unit of the full hardness scale;

The electronic closed-loop control applies the test force, which fully realizes the automatic operation of loading, loading and unloading;

Equipped with high-definition optical double objective lens, it can measure indentations of different diameters under the standard test force from 31.25-3000kgf;

The maximum and minimum values of the hardness value can be set, and when the test value exceeds the set range, an alarm will sound;
