Product Description:
V-wire welding Screen developed by Johnson Screen to solve the problem of solid-liquid separation has been widely used in oil, gas, water well sand control, refining, food filtration, nuclear power and other fields worldwide, especially in the nuclear power industry and petrochemical hydrogenation reforming unit. Because of the excellent performance of the product, so that it is useful in many fields, Johnson mesh is welded by the surface wire around a circular arrangement of a group of longitudinal support wire welding. The welding process is divided into: argon arc spot welding and intermediate frequency resistance welding.
The surface wire is connected with the support wire by welding, and the strict continuous integrity makes the Johnson net have the excellent performance of small weight and can withstand high pressure, and the gap error can reach ±5 microns. The production of Johnson net can choose different materials according to the needs of different working environments. The width of the surface wire is generally: 0.45mm, 0.76mm, 1mm, 1.2mm, 1.2mm, 3mm and other specifications, its material mainly includes: stainless steel SUS304, 316L, 321, Monel copper-nickel alloy, duplex steel, 904L, nickel-based alloy, titanium alloy and other special metal materials.
The gap opening data of Johnson's net is formed by spacing continuous wire welding to form the ideal gap size. The individual slot space of Johnson net can be different in the production process.
