Material of cylinder barrels: based on calculation of loading and yielding point strength, the cylinder adopts 20MnTiB to adjust the material so that its tensile strength(σb/Mpa):>=1130, yield point(σs/Mpa):>=930 and the barrel wall thickness can be reduced to its lowest point and thus reduce the weight of the cylinder.

Material of piston and guide: the use of 7075 aluminum alloy can maintain its strength while reduce its weight.

Welding: it adopts such processes as weld preheating, infrared temperature monitoring and post weld treatment, and uses ultrasonic inspection to prevent weld defect.

Selection of sealing parts: the sealing parts uses PARKER sealing gasket imported from America and BUSAK SHAMBAN supporting ring to ensure the sealing performance of the cylinder and a stable quality.
