TH3600L Carbon black dispersion detector
Summary:
TH3600LCarbon black dispersion detector is used to detect the dispersion of color and carbon black in polyolefin pipes, pipe fittings and mixed ingredients. By carbon black particles on the scale of the situation, shape, and distributed measurement, can build these parameters and mechanical properties, antistatic property, hygroscopicity of macro performance indexes such as inner link, this will be the quality of plastic material, production technology, new product research and development have a positive impact, promote enterprise and industry technical level to promote quickly at the same time.
The instrument in accordance with international standards of GB/T 18251-2019, the key parts adopt domestic binocular microscope, high resolution, high resolution CCD camera, with powerful software support, can fast and accurately measure the size of the particles or particle group and its dispersion, all process automation, users only need to implement to add sample, software to realize the collection of particles images automatically, automatic save, automatic calculation of parameters

Principle:
Carbon black dispersion detector consists of a type microscope, digital camera, computer, printer and image analyzer analysis and control software.
When rubber (vulcanized rubber or mixed rubber) is cut, due to the high hardness of the undispersed carbon black aggregate relative to the surrounding rubber medium, will cause the deviation of the cutting trace, resulting in the rough surface of the cut. In general, the larger the undispersed carbon black aggregate is, the more serious the deviation of the cutting trace will be, and the larger the surface roughness will be, and vice versa. The cutting surface of the rubber is illuminated by light at a certain Angle, and these conditions on the surface of the rubber are amplified by a microscope and recorded directly into a digital image. Digital images are processed by computers. According to the size and frequency of the raised mass on the cut surface, the dispersion level of carbon black dispersion (automatic grading function) is automatically evaluated according to relevant international standards to characterize the degree of carbon black dispersion in rubber. It can also be directly compared with the standard images stored in the instrument or those developed by the enterprise to determine the carbon black dispersion level.
