2 Ply Single Facer Chrome Plated or Tungsten Carbide Corrugated
Rollers Used for carton box corrugator machine .The upper and lower
corruagted( corrugating, flute) roller for single facer machine,
Made of 48 CrMo alloy steel or tungsten carbide with hard treatment
by laser,the hardness is above HRC58o-60o.The surface is well
treated by grind and plated chrome. Different type of flute
according to user's request.
Specification
1. Special 48CrMo alloy steel fine forgings for corrugated roll
2. The hardness of base unit in medium-frequency quenching>HRC58
3. Thickness of anti-friction carbonized tungsten coating is
between 0.05 and 0.06mm
4. The micro hardness of carbonized tungsten coating HV950-1100
5.Run-time is double than hard-chrome coating,but its price is 10%
higher only.
