• Use gas heating(inside, outside or surface) or electricity inside
heating method. Uniform Zinc temperature,
accurate control, high production efficiency and good product
quality.
• For gas inside heating, nozzle with one-end immersed provides
heat, air self exchanges heat with high
efficiency, to achieve high heating efficiency, can maximum reduce
zinc oxidation and burning loss.
• Nitrogen wiping system, suitable for middle or high wire running
speed. Through adjusting the Nitrogen flow,pressure and wire
running speed can precisely control the zinc thickness

I. The production process
Upper head wire pay-off→ Tension →Electrolytic acid pickling →Water
washing →Bright zinc coating →Water washing → Hot water washing
→Baking→ Wire take-up.
II. Introduction of chief parts
A. Electrolytic acid pickling part: PP plats with thickness 10-15mm
is use for tank body making, whole body is made in close type, acid
resistant stainless steel made roller φ300mm, magnetic pump is used
for liquid circulation, rectifier 500A/12V use for electrolytic
acid pickling.
B. Galvanizing part: PP plats with thickness 10-15mm is use for
tank body making, whole body is made in close type, acid resistant
stainless steel made roller φ400mm, acid resistant pump is used for
liquid circulation, rectifier 1000A/12V is used for zinc coating,
anode is made of 4*45mm Ti plate. Towing motor is 5.5KW.
C. Baking part: Short circuit heating and voltage regulator for
temperature adjusting are adopted, temperature control is very easy
and have little energy consumption.
D. Wire take-up: φ550mm spools for wire take-up, torque motor 40N·m
offer stable tension force control.
E. Total length of whole machine: 12m.
F. Production speed: 100-120m/min, speed can be adjusted by
frequency conversion motor.
